Pilates Schedule

Our Pilates studio runs on circuit sessions.  Pilates sessions are booked on an individual basis.  For those wishing to enter the circuit system, complimentary, private, one-on-one lessons will be given.  This ensures the Pilates therapist has an accurate assessment of individual needs and educates clients on how to use the Pilates equipment properly.
