We are a community healing center specializing in a holistic approach to wellness, vitality, and health. We believe that a person’s health is influenced by the decisions that person makes. We are a resource for those looking to take responsibility for their life.
We offer yoga, Pilates, a multitude of massage modalities, reiki, reflexology, acupuncture, workshops, trainings, classes, potluck dinners, concerts, meditations, and many other aspects of bringing health to the community.
Our yoga studio offers a wide range of classes seven days a week, mornings through evenings. All levels are welcome as we offer restorative and gentle classes for the beginners all the way through flow and ashtanga vinyasa classes for advanced practitioners.
The Pilates studio is a full machine studio, offering circuit sessions to aid in rehabilitation, physical training, and core strengthening. All levels are welcome as the circuit sessions allow for individualized attention.
