For first-time students entering a yoga or Pilates studio can be overwhelming. At Ananda Kula, we encourage all people to enter into a practice of health. We open our doors and our hearts to new students. It is important for students to feel connected to the space they practice. Our goal is to be a port of entry for new students to yoga and Pilates.
We encourage you to come with an open mind and an open heart to whatever new practice you begin. You will find a studio staffed with friendly and knowledgable instructors. In addition, you will find that the students practicing at Ananda Kula are also warm and inviting to new students.
