We understand that schedules change and things unexpectedly pop up in our busy lives, and ask that you respect the therapists who work hard at what they do.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, Ananda Kula asks that you pay half of the appointment fee in order to pay the therapist for their time. All of our therapists live off of their work, and we strive to value their time.
